*MODEL: Owners Series. The owners series has the diecast
cab with a metal trailer. The regular series had a diecast cab with a plastic
trailer.
*OWNER SERIES NUMBER: #215 out of 1008 produced
*COLOR: Black with white trim
*MEASURES: 1/64 scale
*CONDITION: Never taken out of the box and displayed. Truck
is clean and in factory issued condition. Box has some dings, knicks, marks and
wear from being shuffled over the years.
*YEAR: 2003
*MATERIAL: Diecast cab with metal trailer
*HISTORY: Volvo trucks were used by Nascar and some team
owners to haul their cars and equipment from race to race during the racing
season most likely because of fuel efficiency. Nascar rules state only U.S. made
cars can run in the races but the team owners and Nascar staff uses foreign made
haulers? In 2016 Nascar made, "Mack Trucks" the official hauler of Nascar again
most likely because they are U.S. made but Mack Trucks is owned by the Swedish
company, "Volvo".
